All,

Latest hourly graph shows certainly more impacts to come.  Rain to continue through Sunday morning with another 3” of accumulation.  Likewise, wind gusts approaching 60mph in the early morning hours and remaining in the mid-50mph range well into Sunday afternoon.  High tides also forecasted at over 5’5” (into the moderate flood range) over the next couple cycles, specifically at 3:09am this morning and again at 3:45pm Sunday afternoon.

At last check power outages in Norfolk were at 36,058 customers affected out of 96,907.
With treacherous conditions to continue, all are encouraged to stay off the road unless absolutely necessary.  If travel is unavoidable, please be cognizant and considerate of personal property and the damage to fence panels and garage doors caused by the wake.
